Kursus ini merupakan satu kursus yang memperkatakan tentang ilmu ketamadunan yang mencakupi pengenalan ilmu ketamadunan, interaksi antara pelbagai tamadun Melayu, Cina dan India, Islam dalam Tamadun Melayu, Isu-isu kontemporari Tamadun Islam dan Tamadun Asia, Islam Hadhari dan proses pembangunan negara.
